Now, That’s A Good Question!

Have a question? Ask us! If we don’t know the answer, we’ll find it out for you!

Today we’re kicking off our new “Good Question” series!

Now That's A Good Question

If you have a question over anything even remotely DIY related, submit it to us! Chances are if we don’t know the answer, we know where to look and who to ask to find out!

And we don’t just mean home reno DIY.

Ask us about: plumbing, electrical, woodworking, gardening, what to do in New Orleans, contractor selection, flowers, landscape design, where to eat in Dallas, decorating, sewing, cooking, baking, art, general car maintenance, dogs, cats, fantasy football trades, recipes for anything, party planning, wedding planning, vacation planning, buying a house,  photography, bargaining, selling on Craigslist, Scrabble words with a Q, date ideas, electrical engineering, what to do in Indianapolis, mechanical engineering, cheese... and anything else you can think of.

We’ve managed to wrangle a few experts to help us out when we get out of our depth (like my mom, an interior designer and flower shop, greenhouse, and restaurant owner) who will help weigh in our your questions!

We can’t wait to get started, so ask away! You can email us your littlehousebigheart (at) gmail (dot) com or ask in the comments section below!

<Now you know we were going to take you up on an offer like this!! We have a gorgeous stone master shower but unfortunately there is a little stone soap tray underneath the shower head. Over time, harsh cleaning agents must have been used on it because the sealant is gone and there are signs of wear on the top of it. Naturally, it constantly fills with water and has become a source of mold. We clean and clean, protect it with a mold shield, but eventually it comes back. We would like to simply remove it…but it appears to be mortared on. Help! :) and thank you.
