Design Dilemma: Hob-Knobbing

Kev and I are in a pickle. Not literally, but that would be delicious. Can you imagine just sitting in a giant dill pickle, eating your way out? Yum. But I digress.  I swear I did not intend to blog about giant pickles today. It just happened. Anyway.

We love these knobs we found at World Market. They’re hand-painted porcelain and add just the right pop of red coral that we’re going for. Beautiful, no (other than being just out of focus)?

Our dilemma is that we think they may be too small for the scale of our dressers. They’re only about an inch, inch and a quarter in diameter. We’ve got them installed and are living with them for a while, but we keep waffling back and forth on the scale.

What do you think? Too small or just right?

I really like them! I think the scale is just fine too. And opening your post talking about pickles pretty much makes my mouth water hahahaha!

Can you provide a wider shot so we can see the dresser in the room? Sometimes when you look closely at it, it can look too small, but in the perspective of the whole room it could look perfect.

I like them! At first I only saw the first drawer (I had online scrolled down for a bit) and thought they were too small but with all those drawers I think they’re ok. If they annoy you, though, you should keep them as is until you find something better and use them for something else!

Those are great! I don’t think those knobs are too small at all – if they were any bigger, it might look weird having so many on the dresser.
